On Sunday morning, after Sunrise Yoga, step into the surrounding countryside for a walk along quiet rural paths before the programme begins again — or disappear for a few minutes between sessions and come back with a clearer head.
And then there is breakfast: a relaxed start to another day of films, discoveries and conversations.
